Sorry to hear about your routines not working properly, I know it can be frustrating but I'm happy to look into this for you.
When you deleted and created a new routine, did that help to fix the issue? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

Thank you so much for the reply. Unfortunately neither solution worked. I first tried simply deleting and recreating the routine, and then I also tried deleting and reinstalling the app. As of this AM it is still not working 😞
(I have also unplugged and restarted the unit with no luck.)

One more step of troubleshooting, have you tried to factory reset the device instead of unplugging it?
Just for clarification, the Routine is working, but is running late? Or what exactly is the issue that is happening?

I have not tried to factory reset the device yet. We do have two in our home, would I need to do this to both?
The routine is not running at all (I was using it as the family alarm clock to wake the kids, tell the weather and play music, all in a row.) It is supposed to run at a set time, but does not. If I try the "play" button next to it, it will run... but it defeats the purpose of the alarm clock. LOL
And just to make things worse, it used to work... so I don't think I'm crazy 😉

No worries, I don't think you're crazy as I've heard of this issue happening before. Yeah I would suggest factory resetting both devices that you're wanting to play within the routine.

Hey Garrett,
I factory reset the unit that wasn't running the routine.... and now it works!!! (It runs a few minutes late, which isn't the end of the world, because at least it's working!)
I have two more questions, but I am guessing I should start new threads?
