This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: from which country are you contacting us from? What is the make and model of the Google Home app that you are using? You can try to force close and reopen your Google Home app, if that did not work you can reboot your phone. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app might help too.
