Rubbish support

Sending box near boiler broke so no heating and thermostat inoperable. Twice sent faulty box back only for the same faulty box to be returned to us. Would not just send a  new unit - even the second time. What rubbish service!

Write a complaint to the manufacturer of your device. If you are not happy with the response, then contact your government consumer affairs department.
This site is a community discussion group with community members; not a warrant service of the manufacturer.

I think other community members may be interested in my experience and take value from it!
