On my Google home app I have 2 thermostats enrolled in rush hour rewards. On one of the thermostats has been stuck in rush hour mode for several weeks. It does not allow me to stop the rush hour so I cannot lower the temperature from my app or start a hold on a temperature I choose. It is detrimental because it just keeps running my preset cycle of temperatures and when I am away from the house and trying to hold an Eco temp it automatically changes it. I have checked this on the home app on my wife's phone also and the same issue occurs. When I go to the thermostat it does not say anything about a rush hour and it only shows up in the app.
My question is how do I get the app to stop saying I am in a rush hour because there has not been a rush hour in my area for about a month now? When I try to click on leave Rush hour through the app on my phone or my wife's phone nothing happens.
