STOP Nest from changing schedule

How to STOP the Nest Learning t'stat from changing my temperature schedule?  I had it set the way I want it but it changes.  This is extremely annoying.

After reading suggestions, tried to open iPhone Nest app and now it requires signin.  When I try that, it says cookies are disabled.  Reset cookies setting for Safari but it still says cookies are disabled.

Buying this Nest product was a mistake.  Fix it or refund my money.  I am EXTREMELY ANNOYED!

Update:  I closed & reopened the Nest app and now the app works.  But I still have no information why it changes my temperature settings nor how to have it NOT disturb my settings.  I am still dissatisfied with Nest.
