Using google voice command to control multiple devices

Hi everyone.

I'm new to this group, and it's quite possible that the issue which I am having with some home automation, may have been answered previously.  So, please bear with me?

The Issue:  At one time, when I first introduced myself to the world of smart devices, I was temporarily able to group all of my smart plugs in Google Home, that I have Christmas lights plugged in to, and then simply use the voice command:  "Hey Google, turn on/(off) Christmas" and all the lights would turn on or off.  However, the past couple of years, I've been unable to figure out how to create this scenario once again, in today's Google Home App.

Questions:

(1)  Is this functionality still available?

(2)  How do I go about setting this up?

I am an old guy, but I'm usually fairly tech-savvy, but this has got me stumped, and I need your help to solve this issue.

Thank you in advance for any assistance that you can provide.

Cheers for now!

We don't use any commands for groups of devices, but it seems like the Help page below might help. For example, to turn off all the lights in a room, you'd say "Turn off lights in [ROOM NAME]."

I think if you want to turn off all "Christmas" lights you'd have to create a device or room called "Christmas".
