Christian

Hi christianwis,

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: are you able to control the device using the Google Home app. How about its native app? What action are you trying to do in the routine? Is this the only device that is not shown when you set up the routine? Also, which Nest speaker/display do you own?

You can try to do a sequential reboot. First, unplug your Nest speakers/ displays and your Zigbee gateway for 30 seconds, then do the same thing to your Wi-Fi router to refresh these devices and your Wi-Fi signal.

Let me know how it goes.

Regards,

Juni

Hola Juni,

Gracias,

Hi christianwis,

Apologies for the delayed response. Checking back on your concern ― it might be best for you to contact Zigbee if Google Home devices and Ewelink devices are compatible with each other and/or for additional troubleshooting.

Note the partner themselves manages the URL portal used to link partners in the Google Home app. Issues encountered when linking a partner (home control) should be directed to that home automation partner for support. Partners should support integration of their products with Google Nest and Home devices.

For more information, see this guide.

Keep me posted.

Best,

Dan

Hello everyone,

Because I have more than 25 Wi-Fi devices, so that the router does not saturate, I bought a zigbee gatewat. My intention is to continue incorporating the Zigbee device.

But I have a problem, I bought a zigbee motion sensor that is recognized by the gateway and I see it as a device in google home, so far everything is perfect. However, when I want to do a routine, the movement sensor does not show it...

That could be happening ?

From already thank you very much,!

Christian
