My new WiFi system would not set up as instructed, had to call I was on phone with Mark to see what I was doing wrong. Turns out was doing it correctly they just would not talk to the connected unit. Mark had walked me through many many steps, finally decided bad units a claim was set up and google was ready to send me new units. Just before putting in the claim number Mark had one more idea to try and to my amazement it WORKED. After over 2 hrs on phone my system is up and running. Got cut off from the survey line so could not really compliment the effort that Mark put in to help me. So here's to you Mark THANKS AGAIN.
