Hi all,
I wanted to know if there is a way to trigger routines based on some sensors/buttons. I have door sensors from sonoff and i'm also thinking about buying smart remote button that would allow me to trigger scenes.

Hey kowalkacper,
Thanks for reaching out.
While we don't have a routine that can be triggered using sensors or buttons, you can automate home devices and take care of everyday tasks with Home and Away routines in the Google Home app. Check this article for more information.
Best,
Alex

Hey,
Are there any plans for releasing those routines? And also what is the reason why no google home app I can not use some features or see some of my device while I can still ask using my voice about their status and get response or check on google hub nest. If You already have the informations from my smart home devices why can You not create automations based on that and put their status into google home app?
Thanks,
Kacper

Hello there,
At this time, Home & Away are the only Routines that can use presence sensing as a trigger. We will continue to expand the capabilities of custom Routines. While we aren't ready to make specific announcements, the Routines road map includes adding new triggers, conditions, and actions.
On the other hand, what features are not working on your Google Home app that are working when you use voice commands?

Alex

Hi,
In my case we're talking about few devices : rollers, temperature sensor, broadlink ir tv hub.
I can close the rollers using my voice or nest hub but not on mobile app. The same goes for cheking temperature.

Hey kowalkacper,
We're sorry for the delayed response. Could you try clearing the cache and data of your Google Home app? Once done, reinstall it. Rebooting your phone might help too.
Best,
Alex
