Hi Ambin

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.

It seems like this is isolated to iPhone devices only. Could you both try to use an Android phone to set up your devices and let us know if it will make a difference?

I look forward to your response.

Thanks,

Juni

Hi. Thanks for your reply. However, i was able to used it before with the same iPhone unit. This trouble came when I changed my ISP that’s the the time I cannot pair my phone to the speaker. I hope there’s still a way this could be addressed. Regards

Hello. Still I can’t pair it with my phone. The speaker can’t detect my wifi in which it’s supposed to be connected.

Hi Ambin,

Chiming in, have you tried using a different phone? Also, please make sure that the Google Home app on your device is updated.

Cheers,

Muddi

Hey Ambin,

Let's go ahead and try resetting your device. This will help to refresh the settings on your speaker. To reset it, press and hold the mute button for about 15 seconds or until the speaker turns off. Once done, check if you will still have the same issue.

Cheers,

Muddi
