In a previous conversation on this sight I explained that previously I was able to control my Hunter Douglas shades via both the PowerView app and also by voice command to Google Home through the linked PowerView Scenes app. This stopped working view voice commands about a month or so ago. When I try voice commands the response from Google is "Sorry it looks like that device hasn't been set up yet. You can do that in the system settings".
I have done all the trouble shooting steps with PowerView and also with Google Home. I have replaced my original hub with a new one from HD and configured it, but although the new hub works fine through the Powerview app, I get the same error message from Google. As I said in the previous conversation, I have unlined and relinked the PowerView Scenes app in Google Home and tried the Find New Devices option under the linked PowerView Scenes button, but only get an acknowledgment that PowerView Scenes is linked. Still no devices show below the PowerView Scenes button on Linked Devices. These effort has not resulted in a resolution. Still no communication between Google and PowerView Scenes.
Anybody have any further thoughts. This worked just fine through Google until about a month or two ago.

My Google hub And home don't work with voice commands however if my wife asks for a scene it works just fine. So know I have to use the app. Nothing wrong with the local set up it seems to between powerview and Google. If anyone as a fix I'd love to hear it. I've tried ITTT and nada.

There seems to be an error between powerview and Google (home). The scenes are not loaded into Google home. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Had the same problem with Google not responding to my voice commands and on the Google Home app on my iPhone under the list of linked devices PowerView showed no devices.
However, when I told my Hub Max "Hey Google, sync my devices." I saw that my PowerView shades were listed along with all my other devices.
I recalled a long time ago researching this or a similar issue online and learned that another user got one of his devices to work by adding the word "Run" to the beginning of the command. So instead of saying "Hey Google, Open Living Room Shades." I tried the command "Hey Google, RUN Open living room shades." This works without any issues.
I don't think in the past I ever had to add the word "Run" and the shades would respond. I'm thinking that something changed with a Google update. Or perhaps my memory is faulty and I did in fact always say the word "Run" before the command.
I' also thinking the Google Home is looking for a verb before the name of the device and since I named my device "Open Living Room shades" on the PowerView app, simply saying the name of the device is not adequate for Google Home to execute. All my other devices are named in their apps without a preceding verb such as "Master Bath Lights" so when I say "Hey Google, turn on Master Bath Lights" they respond. Just my guess. Try adding the word "Run" and see if that works for you as well.

Hi it is indeed possible if you put RUN in front of it that the system DOES work, why? no idea. Thank you for the solution!

Hi Dan, poweview will still not show up in the device list.

Not at all sure exactly what the issue is. Can you add PowerView to Google Home app? If you search for it doesn't it show up as available? I have had problems with after linking PowerView there are not devices listed under PowerView but it shows as linked. Is that what you are saying?

Hi. Yes i can add PowerView Scenes to Google App, but it will not show up in the device list. It seems that the scenes are loaded in the Google home, but it says "Geen apparaten" No devices.

I'm unsure what you are saying. You say you can load PowerVeiw Scenes in the Google App (which I take to mean Google Home on a mobile device) but the don't show up in the device list. I can only tell the PowerView Scenes loads in the app when it is listed in Linked Devices. So how do you know you can load it if it does not appear in the Linked Devices List?
No idea what "Geen apparaten" means. Where does that phase appear? In the list of Linked Devices?

Hi folks,
Thanks for the help Boomerut,
Hi Jamaz, thanks for the response. If you are not able to see your device after linking it try to remove it directly from your Google account then relink it again. Check these helpful links.
Keep me posted.
Thanks,
Juni
