I have a problem with google nest mini 2 unable to connect to google home app.

Have any of you encountered this kind of problem with google nest mini 2? How to solve the problem?

Hats off to you in doing the necessary steps before posting. Let me ask you this ― is this for a first time setup? Are you able to access your WiFi router settings to make sure the AP isolation is disabled? If not then contact your ISP or the manufacturer to help you through it. Once done, click this link for more information and troubleshooting in setting up your Google Nest Mini.

is this for a first time setup?
Not the first time setting. During use google nest mini 2 cannot connect to google home.

Are you able to access your WiFi router settings to make sure the AP isolation is disabled?
I can access the router manually. But the router doesn't have AP Isolation function. The only thing that my router has is UPnP Configuration function. 

If not then contact your ISP or the manufacturer to help you through it.
I contacted But they said there is no AP isolation function in the router.

Once done, click this link for more information and troubleshooting in setting up your Google Nest Mini.

Chiming in to ensure everything is covered here. To isolate network issues, please try setting up your device using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Google Home and Nest Mini).

Thanks for trying. Just an added question: what is the make and model of your phone and router? Have you tried to use a different phone to set up your speaker? Also, when and where did you purchase your Nest Mini?

Hey biebie999,

I appreciate the quick response. Since all troubleshooting steps have been exhausted, and still your device is not connecting to your network. I would recommend you to get a replacement for your device. However, it looks like your device is out of warranty. You may want to reach out with the online store where you purchased it to double check the warranty of your speaker.
