I want to cancel my subscription but it’s not allowing me it says 403 code and it also says I don’t have a home set up and yet you have been taking payment from me for 3 years

To help me investigate this situation, please confirm the following: Which subscription are you trying to cancel? 

  • The Nest Aware (Legacy) plan
  • The Nest Aware (2nd Generation/Plus) plan

Also double-check that you are logged in with the exact Google Account that originally purchased the subscription.
