Hi I would like to escalate a support case.
Am trying to process a return and replacement for my faulty Google Nest and I have provided my home address multiple times but Google Support somehow thinks there is an error with the address, it is in my passport and i am physically staying in it!! What more can I say? Trying to get through to them is so hard, you would think they would be able to Google this address on Google Maps.
Can anyone assist please?
