Temperature routine not working. 2023 issue?

We use routines to control temperatures in a specific room. About 6 weeks ago there was an update requiring us to reprogram routines from Personal to Home. This morning it’s not working again. Is it because it 2023 or has there been another update? And why don’t we get notification to see if there are changes that will cause a failure in routines?

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.

 

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: Are you using a Nest thermostat? Are you able to control the device via Google Home app? How about via voice command? Try to delete the routine and create a new one then observe if it will make a difference.
