The Caller Does Not Have Permission

I've bought 3 Nest 4th Gen thermostats for our home. I'm trying to get them on our wifi using the Google Home App. I get the error message "The Caller Does Not Have Permission," and there's no way to get passed it. I don't have a Google Phone. I Have no idea what they mean by "caller," just trying to get my 3 thermostats connected to our network. Very annoying.

  • Can you share screenshots of the trouble you're experiencing?
