Hi I bought this thermostat in Oct 2023 and is showing offline since January 2025. Tied everything from desire to deletion of the app and restarting but nothing helped. I gave up for couple of months and restarted again but again the same issue. The produce is still under warranty from my MasterCard but they need in writing from google that it is not fixable. I don’t want to go through the hassle of it is an easy fix . Need serious help - thanks

What is the software version of the thermostat?
Are you trying to connect to a 2.4 GHz or a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network?
Have you made any recent network changes, such as getting a new router or moving to a new location?
Do you see an error code or message on the thermostat's display?
How far is the thermostat from your Wi-Fi router?
Please don't hesitate to share any additional details that might be helpful.
