Hi

I have been having ongoing issues with Home & Away Assist. When I'm home (all day) it goes cold & when I check thermostat (on phone) it says Away. When I'm not at home & get back, the heating has obviously been on & £'s have mounted up on my smart meter. I have not long contacted the support centre & whilst trying to tell them (through chat) I got the impression that the person on other end couldn't be bothered to deal with my issue & kept saying " I don't want to rush you, but are we still connected" really. This is supposed to be 'Customer Service'???? Not happy in the least as still got no reply as to why this issue keeps happening? Can anyone here help?  Thank you.

Hi

Problem still same, I have looked at phone at 7.54 am this morning to see what is showing on my nest app, it is showing AWAY although started heating at 19.5 at 8am. It has NOT switched itself over to HOME. This is issue & reverse when I'm out & come back, it seems to show that house has been heating up & on HOME.  Whilst at home all day, it sets itself to AWAY & does not heat up until I physically switch it over. I am now going to turn off the Home/Away Assist. So fed up with this situation, been going on for far too long & costing me money when I'm not at home.
