I’ve been having trouble casting Netflix for the longest time and I’m not sure if the TV needs to be updated. Even when I have reseted the TV in the pass the same problem shows up for Netflix. I am able to cast other apps such as Youtube, Starz, Hulu, Spotify, etc. but never Netflix. Usually when I keep trying an error message shows up. I’ve had this TV for years so I assume it might be outdated because I can’t cast Disney plus, but if there’s any way I could fix this it would greatly be appreciated.

Is this happening to every casting device you have? Have you tried reinstalling your Netflix app? If there's a chance you can update the software of your TV, that might help too. If the issue persists, you can contact Toshiba so that they can check if your TV is updated and still compatible with casting Netflix.
