Hi everyone, My Nest thermostat failed earlier this year and I’ve been trying to get my costs refunded by Google ever since.
Their customer service is absolutely appalling and I’m totally fed up now. I want to complain directly to their regulator in the UK.
I have asked them for the appropriate contact details 5 times now but Google constantly ignore the question. Does anybody know who I should contact?
