I am trying to install google nest thermostat and noticed in my wiring W and Y have a splitter. Wondering why that is? Also how can I get a new splitter as the W and Y sections are on opposite ends and the current split wires not long enough to connect to both. Thanks in advance.
Did some research and it appears I will need nest power adaptor. Not sure how to connect in furnace which has 5 wires coming out to thermostat which has 4
