Warranty Return Issue

I have been trying to return my google doorbell for warranty for 5 weeks and constantly being fobbed off via email or phone saying someone will email or call you back to no avail.  Supposedly i didnt get all the required paperwork from the transport mob when they rocked up to collect and have heard nothing since.

To compond the issue they charged me for the replacement. Any help would be greatly appreciated as all im getting so far is that someone will contact me to which im yet to get a call or email.

I have the same issue with my Nest. I have spent hours talking to people that will get back to me. If i get anywhere i will post you here!

Been another week of emails, phone calls and messages to fb support and still nothing. Starting to think their warranty process is a scam.
