Wrong location's weather provided when askde for the weather

Upon doing a quick internet search, I learned that I am not the only one having this issue, and so far, it appears any help to them was not, well, helpful. So hopefully this time a successful solution will be available:

 

When I ask my Google Home, "what's the weather like?" It gives me the weather for Patsey, KY, rather than Stanton, KY. I realize that I can simply just add the keyword, "Stanton," but the previous question is much simpler to ask, and is quicker.

 

All the forums that I have read on that provided attempts to fix this issue were of no help to me. I made sure that:

- my address in Google Home is correct

- that my address in Google Maps is correct

- that my weather widget address is correct

- that my location is on

- that Google has every permission available

 

And yet I am still given the local information for a city that is roughly twenty miles away from my home location.

 

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help.

I understand that this issue may be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?  You can also try clearing the cache from the app as well to see if that helps.
