Wyze cameras not playing on Google Hub

My Wyze caneras appear on the google hub but when I click on the camera it says offline. I immediately go to the Wyze app and the cameras are working just fine. 
can someone help get my cameras to work on the google hub.

Thanks for reaching out. We'd love to help.

Please answer the following: were the cameras working before? If yes, when did the issue start? Were there changes made? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Please unlink and then relink your Wyze xameras from the Google Home app. Here's the guide: open the app > Tap Settings > Look for Works with Google > Select Wyze > Unlink. Do the same steps to relink your devices. Once done, ask your Google Nest Hub to 'sync the devices' and then confirm if you can now stream on the display and app.

They were brand new cameras that I was setting up. Once I completed the Wyze set up, I then linked my Google Home App to the cameras and that is when I came across the issues. I have unlinked/disconnected the Wyze cameras from the Google home app and reconnected/synced the Wyze cameras to the Google home app and still get "can't reach this camera" from two cameras and "camera off line" from another camera and this message is being shown in the google home app.

Hey Craigc,

 

Chiming in to ensure everything is covered here. Please proceed with resetting your Google Nest Hub by pressing and holding both volume buttons together, at the back of the Nest Hub, for about 10 seconds. You'll hear your Google Assistant confirm that it's resetting the Nest Hub.

Resetting the hub worked. I can now see live images for the cameras. This trick worked. Not sure why the rebooting of the device didn’t work. Thank you.
