Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: what message are you getting from your Nest hub when you cast a video from YouTube? Do you have other video services linked? If so, did you try them to further isolate the issue?

You can reboot your Nest Hub and your Wi-Fi router to refresh your devices and Wi-Fi signal. Observe if you will get the same behavior.
