Sorry to hear about the trouble. I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. A few things: do you use a modem and router combo? What’s the color of the light on the parent point? Does the device LED switch from orange to teal (or white) continuously? Is there a switch on the network? Are other devices experiencing the same issue?
You can reboot your Android phone and your WiFi router to refresh both devices and WiFi signal.
