google home could not reach cloud intelligence

My account WAS working but stopped. when I try to link it to account Cloud Intelligence, it says it could not connect to it. I uninstalled, reinstalled, same issue.

I bought mine from Amazon Ordered on March 10, 2022. So I took a look at the reviews on Amazon and was sorry that I didn't do it before purchasing. It does validate that other customers experienced the same issue at previous other times.

Same issue. Reported it via Feedback in the Home app. Hopefully whatever logs I provided shed some light.

I thought I was going crazy, thank you for posting this.  I can access using the cloud intelligence app, but it will not connect using Google home.

Happening to me as well. Tried resetting all of them, deleting & reinstalling. Nothing has helped.

Same problem here. Google home won't connect to cloud intelligence. It was working fine. I moved it to a new room and assigned it to a new room name. Now the plug connects to the loud intelligence app, but Google home app will not connect to cloud intelligence.

My 4 cloud intelligence plugs suddenly stopped working today via Google Assistance on 6/9/2022. I reset all of them, and reboot router, they can be controlled via Cloud Intelligence App, but Google Assistance can't even bind with the Cloud Intelligence account anymore.

I've got xactly the same problem. Started last night 09.06.22 about 10pm. On Google Home showed lamp off line. So I've tried to reconnect without any luck. Then I've took it off GH and tried to add it again with message "could not reach .." I've reinstalled Cloud Intelligence app. And still the same GH could not reach CI 😕

It's is 11:30 am est. Same issue. Uninstalled app and repaired plugs. Still can't bind to Google home

Same issue started 6/9/22. I can use the cloud intelligence app to control the plugs but Google Home states "Could not reach Cloud Intelligence" I signed out and back in, removed and readded the plugs to CI but Google Home cannot add my CI account back to the app.

Issue resolved. Try removing devices and add Cloud Intelligence again.

Chicos y chicas hoy ya se conectó a google home, no hice nada solo el procedimiento de agregar el dispositivo y ahí si se agregó ya no mandó el mensaje de error
