iPhone connection

Got a new iPhone nest doesn’t recognize won’t accept my gmail account because it’s a work account when I try to link it to another account it says it’s already linked to an account is there a way to “unlink” it?

Hi charlesfkahn,

That certainly hasn't been easy for you ― let’s check this out. What Nest device do you have? For your account, we prefer it to have a Gmail domain to maximize the features it can do. Depending on the Nest speaker you have there, follow the steps on this link to do a factory reset to revert it back to its default and original settings and redo the setup.

We have a thermostat on the wall. It's round, has a black glass surface that you can push to program. It appears orange when the heat is on. Does that help? didn't see it in your list...
