lights offline

Lights stopped working yesterday and all show up as offline.  Everything else work including automations. Have rebooted router and hub. But google does not recognize them.

To better understand the cause of the issue, please provide the information requested below:

• Have you contacted the manufacturer of the lights?
• Is the Google Home app the only app you used to set up the lights, or do they have their own dedicated app?
  • If they have their own app, are you able to set the lights up there successfully?
• Do you have the latest version of the Google Home app installed?
• Did you remove the lights from the Google Home app after they went offline?
