"Something Went wrong" Error when trying to update Pass Code form Nest mobile pp

I am trying to add a new passcode via the nest app and I keep getting a something went wrong error.

Hey ijol,

 

Thanks for reaching out. What phone are you using to add a new passcode (Android, iOS)? Do you have a full access or Home Entry only? Check out this link on How to set or change passcodes for Nest Secure and the Nest × Yale Lock
