Hi @joebrenden,

Thank you for your timely response and the comprehensive information you've provided

I've reviewed the input and understand that you have some issues with Google Nest Hub. I know how frustrating it can be when technology doesn't work as it should. I'm here to help you figure out what's going on and find a solution together. To assist you further, please provide me with the following information.

  • May I know the model of your Google Nest Hub?
  • Were there any recent changes to your environment, such as a change in Wi-Fi network or relocation of the device?
  • When did this behavior first begin?
  • Have you experienced any power outages in your area?
  • Have you tried connecting the Google Nest Hub to a different power source?
  • When you open the google home app, did you see an error message on the Google Home app screen, or just when you ask something to your Google Nest Hub?
  • What is the model of your smartphone?
  • How many Google Nest devices do you currently have?

Thank you for your attention. I await your response.

Sincerely,

Jeremy
