hi all

Im hoping someone can help me out with automatons in GH

Im trying to get aqara fp2 ( presence sensor) to talk to either Homeseer (HS4) or Hubitat 8 with a simple presence/no presence

My steps
Set up a switch. in Homeseer...gave it a name and a room...simple on/off switch
Set up GH services to see Homeseer and this switch
GH can see the switch..I can press the Google home icon of this Homeseer  switch in GH instant change in Homeseer (on/off)

So far so good

I then set up a household routine in GH
The first
Starter: when a device does something
I select "if presence sensor fp 2 detects motion"
With conditions: anytime anyday
Action:  switch turns on
The second
I select if presence sensor fp 2 detects no motion for 1 minute
Action: switch turns off

This is where I'm expecting this to just "work"..
But. No

If I go to in GH household routines and press the run command..it works.. switches as required

But it's just not running automatically

I have no idea why..

Any help will be greatly appreciated

im located in Sydney Australia...

Similar here. Mine will turn on but not off.  The activity for on and off shows in the Home ativity feed, but the card does not go from on to off.  If I click it Homeseer responds just fine.

As of yesterday my activity logs look a bit different. When the sensor becomes inactive, I see an inactive in the log immediately followed by an active. I guess this would result in the card and homeseer device remaining on. From these latest logs it probably a sensor bug.

I've given up on GH..for any automation

For the aqara fp2 I'm now using

https://forums.homeseer.com/forum/hs4-products/hs4-plugins/lighting-primary-technology-plug-ins-aa/h...

Works perfectly with HS4
