Google nest hello ( wired) and cant not hear audio from my phone only , i can hear from my computer,

I have a nest hello ( wired ), i am not able to hear the audio from my phone , Samsung s10e , but i can hear it from my computer,  tablet and another exact Samsung phone , tried uninstalling the nest app,  checked mic settings and volume on my phone but i am still not able to hear audio from only my phone only , need help  , please
