I have been on the phone with reps in the phillipines for 3 days about not receiving verification code to get into my account. Its just a revolving door. They have the wrong email and won't change it and I can't either. Nest went in the toilet after goog bought them
And you are correct there is NO phone # to speak to a live United States rep. The 855-469-6378 has been disconnected. I guess goog/nest thinks people have time to fill out a form , wait days for reply to get a answer like hey go to the community to see if you can find your answer.
