Cannot enter the last four digits of serial number to add product to my Nest doorbell setup. What do I do? It is older model system

I can imagine it has been an inconvenience, and I would love to look into this further for you. Do you have the original packaging by chance? THe QR code may be on there or you can find the serial number on the bottom of the device. Which Nest doorbell do you have? Please let me know.
