Nest Aware notification zones

I guess as much as anything, this is a feature request.  It’s a simple one.

Strictly honor the borders of notification zones.  If I go to the trouble of carefully designing zones, I really don’t want alerts for activity “near” but outside of those zones.  I’m not referring to activity that passes through a zone in the foreground or background, but activity that is truly outside of the zone, and still results in a notification.

Similarly, allow for degrees of sensitivity for motion alerts within a zone.  There are some instances (my current attempts to surveil bats in my attic) where I truly want the slightest motion to result in an alert, and others like a backyard cam with blowing leaves, where I don’t.

My guess, as just another Google Nest customer, is that it may not be possible for the camera to be precise about the borders of notification zones. And it's probably only possible to set the sensitivity for the camera itself, and not for each activity zone.

I guess that’s my critique.  Maybe the currently available precise zone settings are superficial, but it would be nice if they were real and functional.  I will say that false alarms for people walking by my porch outside of my custom zone have decreased significantly recently, so maybe this is something they are addressing.
