Is this a new Google Nest doorbell, and did your free, 30-day Nest Aware subscription expire recently? If so, you can't get that history back.
You can check what Nest Aware subscription applies to your doorbell by going to the doorbell in the Google Home app and selecting Settings | Video | Video history. Select "Video history" and see which option is checked.
