Nest thermostat

My Google nest thermostat just started doing battery low every 12 hours. Had it for a month and it just started doing this. I do not have a C wire and they’re telling me I need to buy a new part. Is anybody else having this problem?

Hey there,

I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. If you are getting a low battery message, and do not have a C wire. You can try installing a Nest Power Connector. This will provide constant power to your device, and ensure you are not getting the low battery message.
