The only way Google Nest provides for contacting Support is to start with the link below; when you get to the "Resources" page, click on "Next step" (rather than selecting any of the resource links) to get to "Contact options":

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear that you're having issues setting up your camera. To confirm, is this a Nest Camera or a built-in camera on the Google Nest Hub Max? Is this a first-time set up? Are you getting an error message during set up?
