The website will not list any plans under “Choose a plan”

Hi SP211,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Quick question — are you signing up for a Nest Aware subscription?
 

Here are the steps on how to sign up for your plan:

 

  1. Go to https://goo.gle/2QcwNC7 > at the top right, tap Account > Subscription.
  2. From the Home nickname dropdown, select the home with the subscription you wish to manage.
  3. Select Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus > click Next.
  4. Review the subscription details > Confirm Purchase.
