When will Google fix all the issues with Nest products?

Does anyone know if Google will ever fix the many issues that plague Nest products? Most of these seem software issues.

  1. New Google Nest cameras incompatible with older Nest cameras (Google Home app and Nest app required)
  2. Nest protect fire and carbon monoxide detectors only work in Nest app not in Home app
  3. Home.google.com website has been on preview mode since 2021 and doesn't offer the same functionality as home.nest.com website
  4. The newer Google Nest cameras and Google Home app offer way less functionality than the Nest cameras. Recording time is way less and only on event detection. Sound events cannot trigger recording. Nest Protect smoke alarms trigger older Nest cameras into recording but not newer Google Nest.
Nest aware with the Google cams is so much inferior to Nest aware with Nest protect/cams.
  5. Nest protect batteries on some units drain batteries excessively rapidly (weeks). There doesn't seem to be a solution for that, it appears Google doesn't even admit these units are faulty
  6. Nest website (home.nest.com) is becoming increasingly unreliable and slow; there are also login issues with the site.

Is Google still serious about the Nest and Nest Aware products? Because if 'user experience' is the metric, my guess would be: "No."

It ain't happening, is it? I get rubbish answers in my mail and here on the forum it's not much better when it comes to addressing persistent and (maybe inherent) problems.
Start listening to your customer's proposed solutions and you'll get loyalty. Start feeding them bovine crap answers and you'll get hatred, and distrust.
Do you think - with your 'best experience' answers - you get respect and trust from me? You don't. Only action and direct interaction will gain respect and loyalty. You're just a politically correct answering bot for god knows who. If you're not providing real answers, if I don't get approached by Google by email when you promise, just don't respond. OK? Just don't respond if you have nothing to say.
