2/4 Thermostats stopped working

I have 4 Nest thermostats and 2 of them stopped working. They are not connected to the wifi and appear to have no power. They cycle through start up when restarted but then display a message that says it’s restarting check back later or something to that effect.

Have checked wiring, other 2 thermostats work fine. Please advise.

• Could you tell me what model of Google Nest Thermostat you have?
• Is your Google Nest Thermostat showing any error or code message?
• when you try to connect to the internet, what is the error code message that your device shows?
• If you have the Google Nest Learning Thermostat, have you tried charging it with a USB cable?
