2nd home (remote) quit displaying temperature

I manage 2 homes with Nest thermostats.  Where I am currently the app shows both setting temperature and current temperature.  Switching to the remote home location Nest only shows the Away circle and no temperature.  Last night it showed both the Away circle and the current temperature in the remote house.  How can I get the temperature to display?  It will be a week before I am physically near the remote thermostat.

Uh oh! I'm sorry to hear that you lost access to your other Nest Thermostat in the Nest app. Let's see what's going on.

Was there any instance where it got accidentally removed from the app? Did you add your thermostats to the same email address? You might have logged in on a different account; try signing in with another email address. Also, do you have someone we can ask to check your thermostat? We might need to ask them to check the connectivity and power.
