Hi All
Sorry if this repeats another post - if my issue has already been covered, would you kindly point me to the correct post? Otherwise, I have the problem that I have 3 Nest version 1 Thermostats, but was only sent an offer to replace 1. I'd like to purchase replacements for all 3.
The other issue is that i'm travelling and won't be in California until December 15... the thermostats are all there and I won't have access to them - I do have the serial numbers here with me from the Nest App.
I've sent call and text requests to google through the platform - but can't seem to get a response... Can someone kindly help me get in touch with the correct department?
