3rd Gen Thermostat now not connecting

Hello all.

Initially had this thermostat connected to Nest and my Wifi. Now it's lost and I cannot get it added back into the Nest App / Account, nor will it connect to my internet. I have another Thermostat even further away from router with no issues. I have attempted a factory reset and still run into the issue. It attempts to connect in app after i scan the QR code, or type the key, but then error message on my iphone as "Something went wrong: Your thermostat couldn't connect to Wi-Fi... TD004(0.65)" and on the thermostat itself it states "Your thermostat couldn't be added to your account". Same process, same results over and over. Any recs??

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. I'm sorry for the delay and for the trouble this may have caused you. A few questions: are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the device you want to pair? Also, in what country are you located? Please gather your thermostat's power readout. 

 

Check out the guide below:

 

  1. Go to your thermostat Quick View menu.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Look for Technical Info.
  4. Select Power.
