4th Generation Display

Is there any way to make the display less cluttered?  All I’d like to see is the current temperature. I don’t care about the humidity, date, outside temp, etc. My first generation nest thermostat only showed the current temp and a leaf, if you were saving energy.

Hi @Gireddy2,

Thanks for posting in the community. I understand the display design and the information shown on your Nest Learning Thermostat (4th gen) is causing you confusion when compared with the Nest Learning Thermostat (1st gen) display design, especially since you only want to see your current temperature. I appreciate the information you've shared, and I'd be more than glad to share more details with you.

The features and controls visible on your Nest Thermostat's display are intentional. As a smart thermostat, the design provides intuitive control, giving you quick and easy access to all essential heating, cooling, and system information right on the screen. You can help us improve the thermostat display design by sending feedback using the following form: Feedback form. It helps us develop new features, improve existing ones, and ensure our devices are meeting your needs.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Cheers,
Jonathan
