4th gen and Nest app

Hi! My 4th gen works great in the Home app. I want to add it to the Nest app, but it does not support key issuance. What can I do?

The 4th gen only works in the Google Home app.

Wednesday

Hi I just installed gen 4 and using Google home. The AC works fine all day and then the thermostat shuts off and states no power. It’s happened 3 consecutive evenings. Any thoughts? I think it might be the thermostat it self that I just got from google.
