9 wires thermostat Honeywell t8575d2003 to nest

I recently moved to a new condo and want to upgrade from a Honeywell t8575d2003 thermostat to a Google nest learning thermostat but it has 9 wires. Is it compatible?

You can share with them the picture you have, and they will be able to tell you if your Honeywell t8575d2003 thermostat is compatible with Nest Learning.
