When my air temperature is above my thermostat set point, my air conditioning blower will run for 2 or 3 minutes, then it shuts off for 15 seconds and then it's back on for 2 or 3 minutes. The compressor is running continuously. This will happen even when the fan is set to on. If I change the thermostat set point above the current temperature, and turn the fan on, the fan then runs continuously. It only does this in cooling mode, and operates normally in heating mode. This constant blower cycling caused the blower relay in my controller board to fail. I've replaced the controller board, but the issue persists.
I do have a C wire connected and my battery voltage is 3.72.
Is there a setting I need to change, is there a firmware update I need, or do I just need to remove the Nest thermostat and go back to my old one?
