AC cycles on and off despite no errors with C wire need

Hello yall.  Battery and voltage levels are fine which are right at 20. Connected wires as you see in the picture but AC cycles on and off. I went from RH to RC but found through Google this is ok and same problems ocurrs in either setting. This leads me to think I may need a C wire. Thoughts?

Thanks for reaching out. Based on your shared photos, it looks like that you have an extra wire. I would suggest checking the board of your HVAC if it's connected to the C terminal. If so, please connect the blue wire to the C terminal of your Nest Thermostat and test.
